Project Objective:

We help develop and maintain software for a company in the social services industry. Currently, we are creating new models as well as re-creating existing ones in a modern architecture and technology.

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven full-stack developer with over 3 years of experience in using .NET and React, along with database knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementing new features in the core component of the system using .NET 8 and React.
2. Ensuring the best quality and highest standards of development.
3. Performing comprehensive testing, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
4. Addressing any performance issues to meet or exceed current performance benchmarks.
5. Working as part of a larger team, including a Project Manager, 4-6 Developers, and 1-2 QA Engineers.
6. Collaborating with the clients technical team to ensure a seamless migration process.
7. Conducting regular risk assessments and implementing mitigation plans to address potential challenges.
8. Ensuring adherence to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
9. Providing regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of task status.

Required Competences:

1. Proficient in C#, .NET Core/.NET.
2. Experience with the following frontend technologies: React, RTK Query, Redux, Saga, Material UI.
3. Knowledge of database technologies, particularly MS SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
4. A team player with the ability to work independently and effectively.
5. Strong communication skills.

Valuable Competences:

1. Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
2. Experience with message brokers, preferably RabbitMQ.
3. Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes.
4. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.
