Fullstack Java Developer with Angular – banking project

We are looking for a Fullstack Java Engineer to join a key initiative within the banking sector focused on implementing the Payment Services Directive (PSD2/PSD3). The role will be part of the Open Banking Development Hub, where we design and deliver digital API services supporting business banking customers.

The team is building a new, unified API platform, enabling secure and scalable access to financial services across multiple Nordic markets. This solution plays a crucial role in the digital transformation journey, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while supporting modern integration capabilities and enhanced customer experience.

This project requires work in a hybrid model: 3 days per week in the Gdynia or Gdańsk office.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs within the Open Banking / PSD2/3 domain
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional Scrum team members to deliver high-quality technical solutions
• Optimize and enhance existing services to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architecture discussions, and follow best engineering practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards across delivered components
