The role is part of the Digital Transformation of Client Outreach for Global Banking and Markets. The goal is to deliver a best-in-class client onboarding experience using modern, user-friendly technology. The application will serve as a single access point for onboarding needs across various banking products
responsibilities :
Build scalable, reliable product features and REST APIs.
Design architecture, suggest improvements, and deliver high-throughput systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable solutions.
Estimate engineering effort and manage schedules.
Identify and resolve complex production issues quickly.
Conduct code reviews, maintain best practices, and document knowledge.
Lead large, complex projects and translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Deploy and maintain applications and systems
requirements-expected :
8–12 years of IT experience.
BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, Java 8/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, and Java Design Patterns.
Experience with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Python, Groovy, and messaging systems (Solace).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, GIT), RDBMS (MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL), and Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
Solid understanding of the full development lifecycle and strong technical leadership.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable: UNIX/Linux, NLP/AI solutions, MS Visio/Visual Paradigm, and cloud development experience
