We are looking for a Senior FullStack Engineer to join our mission at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and life sciences. We’re developing digital solutions that accelerate the discovery of new medicines and improve patient outcomes. By combining modern software engineering with advanced data science and cloud technologies, we empower researchers to generate insights faster and at scale. You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• 4+ years of commercial experience as a Fullstack Engineer;
• Strong expertise in Python (3.x, ideally 3.9+);
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React;
• Knowledge of Django (Django ORM) and experience with GraphQL (preferred Strawberry);
• Strong knowledge of databases – SQL (Postgres, Oracle, Snowflake) and NoSQL (DynamoDB);
• Practical experience with containerisation (Docker);
• Experience working with cloud platforms – AWS (Step Functions, EC2, S3, ECR, CloudFormation/CDK, Lambda) and/or GCP;
• Ability to work in Unix/Linux environments and with Bash scripting;
• Proactive and self-driven, able to identify opportunities and suggest tasks rather than waiting for assignments;
• Strong team player, comfortable collaborating and contributing in group settings;
• Positive mindset and constructive approach to challenges;
• Initiative-taker who is not afraid to lead or push ideas forward;
• Eager to learn, grow, and continuously develop new skills;
• Fluent English (C1) for effective collaboration in an international environment;
• Location in Poland, enabling smooth cooperation and occasional in-person team meetings;
• Availability up to one month.

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

• Many years of experience in a similar senior role;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines;
• Other Python frameworks like FastAPI or Flask;
• Experience with testing frameworks/tools (e.g. Playwright);
• Interest in Life Sciences and Drug Discovery.
