At KUBO, we’re looking for an experienced Fullstack Engineer to support one of our clients in the financial sector. You’ll join an ongoing architectural transformation, building scalable, high-performance systems that power key business operations.
Although this is a fullstack role, the work will be heavily focused on backend development, with Node.js as the most critical technology in our stack.
responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain backend-heavy fullstack applications using Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and React
Refactor and modernize core platform components, migrating from monolithic systems to distributed, service-based architectures
Implement secure, efficient, and well-structured APIs and supporting frontend elements where needed
Collaborate closely with backend and frontend specialists to ensure end-to-end quality, performance, and scalability
Maintain high standards in code quality, testing, and documentation
requirements-expected :
Min. 6 years of professional experience in software development (preferably in backend-heavy roles)
Strong proficiency in Node.js (key technology), Java/Spring Boot and TypeScript
Solid understanding of fullstack development patterns, especially in service-oriented environments
Experience with React and frontend integration
Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
