We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build great user facing web applications which meet our customers’ needs, are bug-free, well tested and architected. We want someone who is excited by the possibilities of working on the intersection of FinTech and blockchain, deeply detail-oriented and focused on User Experience. This is a hybrid role where you would come into our Warsaw office 3 days a week.
responsibilities :
Developing web apps (both frontend and backend) used either internally or by Ramp customers
Making key decisions on frontend and backend architecture together with the team
Implementing various solutions for product specific needs such as KYC (Know Your Customer), automating processes inside of the product
Working alongside our partners to solve their needs
Analyzing and understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Working closely with our designers and product team on delivering a world-class user experience
Mentoring less-experienced developers
Working with niche frontend & backend tech: SDKs, payment gateways, iframes, cross-frame communication, anti-fraud tools, browser extension APIs (communication with blockchain wallets).
requirements-expected :
2+ years of solid experience in front-end & backend development (60% of backend experience is welcome)
2+ years of commercial experience using Typescript
Ability to understand and appreciate good UX
Knowledge and understanding of Design Patterns and when to use them
Experience in refining tasks and asking the right questions
Attention to details
Listening to customers and partners feedback
Proactivity and ownership
Experience in working with design teams on delivering excellent products to customers
Experience in setting up frontend build systems, analyzing and picking the right tech for problems you need to solve
Knowledge (ideally commercial) of event driven architecture systems and/or distributed systems
Ability to explain complex technical issues in plain language to others, including non-tech people
Great code review & communication skills
