As a Fullstack Developer, you will be at the heart of digital transformation initiatives in the banking sector, shaping and enhancing web applications that drive innovation. Working in an agile, international environment, you will contribute to high-impact projects while ensuring the highest standards of code quality and maintainability. This role is based in Warsaw, with 1-2 days per week on-site.

• Developing new and innovative features for web applications using modern Fullstack technologies
• Analysing and resolving bugs, ensuring continuous improvement and robust application performance
• Participating in backlog refinement, story estimation, and slicing to ensure efficient delivery
• Sharing knowledge, best practices, and reusable solutions with your team to foster collaboration
• Documenting technical architecture, implementation choices, and development patterns
• Collaborating within an international team, communicating effectively in English and Polish
