We are looking for junior, regular and senior Software Engineers.

Form of cooperation: freelance project-specific B2B contract with an estimated duration through the end of 2026, offering the potential for extension based on project needs and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a significant focus on backend development.
• Good experience with C# and .NET.
• Good experience with React
• Extensive and deep expertise in SQL, including database design, query optimization, performance tuning, and working with relational database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL Database).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working in a scrum team.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure services, including but not limited to: Azure Compute services and Azure Data services.
• Integration services (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus).
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-have qualifications: 

• Experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience with containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes, and familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Experienced in .NET Framework Front-end experience like Angular/React, JS and TypeScript Front-end experience with accessibility programming.
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.

Salary ranges:

junior 60 - 80 PLN/h netto B2B
regular 80 - 100 PLN/h netto B2B
senior 100 - 125 PLN/h netto B2B
