We are looking for a  Fullstack Developer (Java/React) for a leading company in the field of IT development projects in the pharmaceutical industry. This specialist will design and implement robust cloud-native solutions while pioneering the use of AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and code quality. The product is supporting quality management workflow in laboratories by streamlining validation and establishment of reference intervals. While the core focus is backend development in Java/Spring Boot, this role offers the opportunity to utilize fullstack capabilities (React/TypeScript) to expand solutions helping lab specialists during their daily activities.

• 5+ years of experience as a backend developer
• 3+ years of experience as fullstack developer (Java+JS/TS+React)
• Deep proficiency in Java programming with a strong grasp of object-oriented design principles (preferably Java 21)
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot 3+
• Documented practical experience working with AWS Cloud services
• Experience integrating AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) into your daily development workflow
• Experience working with Docker
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL
• Proficiency with GitHub / GitLab
• Experience with React and TypeScript to support full-stack development
• Experience with healthcare projects (nice to have)
