Job Description: As a Fullstack / Angular Developer you will build modern, scalable applications with Angular and TypeScript, collaborating closely with backend teams and occasionally contributing to Python‑based services. You’ll work in a cloud‑native environment with Kubernetes, participate in architectural discussions, and shape project direction. This role offers growth into a tech‑lead or consultant position with real ownership of technical decisions and close cooperation within a cross‑functional team.
Responsibilities
- Develop performant SPAs using modern Angular standards, focusing on clean architecture and maintainable code.
- Bridge the gap between frontend and backend: collaborate on API design and contribute to backend services in Python (Django/FastAPI).
- Operate in a modern DevOps culture, gaining practical exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration for smoother deployments.
- Influence the product: collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑end delivery.
- Mentor & lead: take ownership of technical topics, conduct code reviews, and transition into leading projects and advising clients on technology choices.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Angular (16+) and TypeScript, including RxJS, Standalone Components, and Signals.
- Experience with State Management patterns (e.g., NgRx, Akita).
- Willingness or experience to work backend‑side or learn Python (Django or FastAPI).
- Familiarity with Spartan.ng is a plus.
- Understanding of containerization (Docker) and basic familiarity with Kubernetes.
- Commitment to code quality: experience with unit/E2E testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or Playwright).
- Good understanding of CI/CD processes and Git workflows.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to quality, and ability to write robust, maintainable, and performant code.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborative, possibly internationally distributed teams.
- Motivation to grow: readiness to take responsibilities, learn new technologies, and transition into a tech‑lead or consultant role.
- Team spirit, flexibility, adaptability, and openness to feedback.
Benefits
- Work‑life balance: flexible working hours and limited remote work scheduled with your team and manager.
- Reimbursed private medical care (Medicover) and Multisport card.
- Leadership support: opportunities to learn from experienced leaders and experts.
- Technology focus: work with Python, JavaScript, React Native, IoT, Machine Learning, .Net, DevOps, and Blockchain.
- Growth review: annual discussions on skills and development plans.
- Events: internal webinars, celebrations, conferences, and meetups.
- Workation: team trips for collaboration and team building.
