About the project
As a Fullstack / Angular Developer, you will build modern, scalable applications with Angular and TypeScript, collaborating closely with backend teams and occasionally contributing to Python-based services. You’ll work in a cloud-native environment with Kubernetes, taking part in architectural discussions and shaping project direction. This role offers room to grow into a tech-lead or consultant position, with real ownership over technical decisions and close cooperation within a cross-functional team.
Your responsibilities
- Develop performant SPAs using modern Angular standards, focusing on clean architecture and maintainable code.
- Bridge the gap between frontend and backend: Collaborate on API design and — if you are up for it — contribute to backend services in Python (Django/FastAPI).
- Operate in a modern DevOps culture, gaining practical exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration for smoother deployments.
- Influence the product: collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional teams to ensure high-end delivery.
- Mentor & Lead: Take ownership of technical topics, conduct code reviews, and gradually transition into leading projects and advising clients on technology choices.
Our requirements
- Solid experience with Angular (16+) and TypeScript. You are comfortable using RxJS and modern features like Standalone Components and Signals.
- Experience with State Management patterns (e.g., NgRx, Akita, or similar).
- Ability to work backend-side or willingness to learn Python (experience with Django or FastAPI is a strong plus).
- Familiarity (or openness) with Spartan.ng - will be considered as an advantage.
- Understanding of containerization (Docker) and basic familiarity with Kubernetes concepts (for debugging and deployment contexts).
- Commitment to code quality: experience with unit/E2E testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or Playwright).
- Good understanding of CI/CD processes and Git workflows.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to quality, and ability to write robust, maintainable, and performant code.
- Excellent communication - able to work collaboratively in a team (possibly internationally distributed), discuss architectural decisions, and share knowledge.
- Motivation and eagerness to grow: readiness to take responsibilities, learn new technologies, and — over time — transition into a tech-lead or consultant role.
- Team spirit, flexibility, adaptability, and openness to feedback.
