We are looking for a Senior / Tech Lead Full Stack .NET Contractor to support a complex modernization and architecture‑led delivery in Krakow, Poland (2 days/week onsite).
Key requirements (mandatory):
- 8+ years commercial experience in Senior / Tech Lead / Full Stack roles
- Expert C#/.NET skills (performance, memory management, async/await, DI, build pipelines)
- Strong backend architecture experience: DDD, CQRS, Clean Architecture
- Proven Azure architecture experience (deployments, basic networking, cost management, observability)
- Advanced SQL Server expertise: query tuning, indexing, execution plans, partitioning, backup/restore, Availability Groups
- Strong React experience (state management, performance optimization) and Angular for maintaining/migrating legacy apps
- Hands‑on experience modernizing legacy UIs: ASP.NET MVC, Razor, WPF, WinForms
- Experience with WCF and migration to modern protocols (REST / gRPC)
- ETL & reporting experience: SSIS, SSRS, Power BI (data modelling, dashboards)
- Familiarity with Databricks / Spark for batch and stream processing
- Strong CI/CD & automation background including Jenkins pipelines, branching strategies, GitOps practices
- English B2/C1 level for architectural discussions and documentation
Contract details:
Rate: 1000–1100 PLN/day
Engagement: Contract | Hybrid (2 days onsite)
