About The Project
We’re rebuilding our company website from the ground up.
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer who will take full ownership of migrating a large-scale Webflow website (+500 pages) to a modern stack based on Next.js and Sanity CMS.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to marketing and design teams, cares about performance and SEO, and likes delivering clean, scalable web solutions that last.
Your responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end migration from Webflow to Next.js + Sanity CMS
- Design and implement a scalable content architecture in Sanity
- Set up, configure, and maintain hosting (Vercel)
- Implement 301 redirects and ensure SEO best practices during and after migration
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to improve UX/UI and deliver new features
- Monitor and optimize performance, reliability, and scalability (Lighthouse, Google Search Console, SEMrush)
- Implement integrations with third-party tools (analytics, HubSpot APIs, BambooHR, other external services)
- Create documentation and support long-term content workflows and site maintenance
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience with Next.js and Sanity CMS
- Solid background in JavaScript, React, and Node.js
- Understanding of SSR, static generation, and API integrations
- Experience deploying and optimizing apps on Vercel
- Familiarity with modern styling solutions (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or similar)
- Good understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization
- Ownership mindset — you’re comfortable driving projects forward end to end
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
