Contract job title: Senior Associate, Full-Stack Engineer 

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Full-Stack Quality Engineer to join our clients Engineering team. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland with hybrid work-arrangement.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Work on multiple projects independently and as a part of a project team
• Deliver test automation and evangelize quality practices
• Defining and writing automated tests in an agile environment
• Collaborate with product owners, software engineers and cross functional teams to provide solutions and solve design and architectural problems.
• Leverage existing open-source technology to meet business demands.
• Work on quality assurance of an accounting system that shapes the financial world.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Must have:

• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• At least 2 years of proven commercial experience in a system quality environment
• Strong coding experience in an object-oriented programming language, e.g. Java, Javascript, Python or other
• Experience in:

-testing Web Services to cover functional status responses and business logic

-writing test automations for UI through standard tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Protractor

-developing automated tests within a test automation framework

• Strong test case development, test planning and execution experience
• Experience with RESTful Web technologies: Oauth2, XML, JSON, serialization, marshalling
• Capability of absorbing new technologies quickly, while designing succinct quality strategies
• Working knowledge of relational and in-memory databases: Oracle, Redis
• Fluent spoken and written English

-       Nice to have:

• Investment industry knowledge
• Experience with testing of public cloud and big data platforms
• Experience in performance and security testing
• Familiarity with Angular framework
• CI/CD: Jenkins, Harness, Ansible, Docker
