We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a cross-functional product team (4–6 people) working in an agile, collaborative environment. You will take ownership of features end-to-end — from requirement analysis and story breakdown to production deployment and ongoing support.

Budget: 140 PLN net /h - b2b
Project length: one-year contract with an option to extend
Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland
Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate availability)
responsibilities :
Break down requirements into user stories and deliver iteratively to production
Design scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with technical guidelines
Take ownership of production support (“you build it, you support it”)
Investigate and resolve bugs, security, and performance issues
Identify and manage technical debt alongside new feature development
Collaborate closely with team members (including pairing sessions)
requirements-expected :
5+ years of relevant development experience
Strong hands-on experience in at least one programming language (Python preferred; Kotlin and JavaScript also used)
Willingness to work across both backend and frontend technologies
Good working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments
Solid understanding of databases from a consumer perspective (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Experience building and consuming RESTful HTTP APIs
Good English communication skills (team language)
