• Youll take over maintenance and development of multiple internal and client facing applications written in PHP - both web-based and running as batch jobs
• Youll also have a chance to identify new areas where your skills can help others to work more efficiently or improve the performance of existing process
• You’ll work closely with other teams – economists, Java & C# developers, system administrators, sales and product teams. Most of the software you’ll create and maintain will be used by our employees, with which you’ll cooperate to understand the requirements and create the most suitable solutions

• Computer science background
• Good overall communication skills, good written and spoken English
• Willingness to share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues
• At least 2 years of professional software development experience
• Very good knowledge of PHP 7.x/8.x
• Good knowledge of the MySQL/HTML/JavaScript stack
• Knowledge of Symfony framework
• Understanding of web security threats and mitigation techniques
• Basic Linux system administration skills
• Willingness to learn, research and experiment on your own – we do have some small C++ and C# code base maintained by the same team
