Your role and responsibilities

We are an international pioneering technology leader that is writing the future of industrial digitalization. At the forefront is our Corporate Technology Center which provides industry leading software and deep domain expertise to help the world’s most asset-intensive industries solve their biggest challenges.To strengthen our team in IIoT Platform and Applications stream, we are looking for a Full-Stack JS/.NET Developer, who is an effective team player with excellent communication skills. As an IIoT P&A stream we are developing unified approach for software which consists of set of services and apps with individual lifecycles hosted on top of ABB common platforms for on-prem execution and cloud. As a JS/.NET Full Stack Developer you will be working in cross-functional and agile team which operates in an international environment. Your responsibilities: • Employ newest, state-of-the-art tools and language frameworks daily (C# 12+, TypeScript 5+).• Introduce or request new tools to improve team productivity.• Designing and developing greenfield products using microservices and micro-frontends architecture. • Ensuring high quality in the developed products with great user experience.• Participating in the whole software development lifecycle from analysis, design, implementation, testing to delivery, following best DevOps practices. • Working in a cross-discipline, international, English-speaking teams, using agile development methodology that requires active participation in all team activities.Work model: #LI-Hybrid

Qualifications for the role

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development using TypeScript, and backend web development using ASP.NET Core.
• Excellent understanding of SOLID principles, architectural patterns, data structures.
• Practical skills using Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
• Experience in using Git.
• Familiarity with relational databases.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in writing unit and integration tests.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge and experience in any of the following will be an asset: Functional programming paradigm, web components, Rust (huge advantage), React or any framework, mono-repos, GitHub, or another DevOps tool.
