Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 60% remotely (work in a hybrid model: 2 days from the office, 3 days remotely per week).

responsibilities :
Developing robust front-end and back-end code for IRIS in line with industry standards
Supporting new requirements and resolving bugs, ensuring quality and reliability
Consulting with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with their needs
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to map requirements and manage delivery timelines
Performing code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring other developers
Utilizing and improving monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus
Implementing automation through DevOps and CI/CD pipelines like TeamCity and Jenkins
Conducting research on best practices in tech and business processes to support stakeholders
Providing risk assessment and mitigation strategies to support project delivery
Offering application support for U.S.-based Sales during specified hours
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of Java development experience as both a contributor and team leader
Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, microservices, and ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
Experience with modern UI frameworks like React or Angular
Familiarity with message-driven architecture (JMS, IBM MQ, Artemis, Solace)
Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD tools (TeamCity, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence)
Knowledge of monitoring and analytics tools such as Grafana and Kibana
Strong skills in Git and sophisticated knowledge of version control
Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
Proven experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
