As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will join the e-commerce team responsible for scaling a billion-dollar online business. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing the technical roadmap, delivering robust, high-performing solutions across both frontend and backend systems. Working closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and international engineering teams, you’ll influence architectural decisions, promote engineering best practices, and help evolve a modern microservices-based platform. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic thinking.

Working model: Hybrid - 3 days/week from the office
Mid: 20 000 PLN - 24 000 PLN gross on the Contract of Employment
Senior: 25 000 PLN - 30 000 PLN gross on the Contract of Employment
responsibilities :
Design and build high-performance, user-friendly web experiences using modern frontend technologies.
Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Kotlin.
Deliver clean, testable, and maintainable code that sets a quality benchmark for the wider team.
Contribute to architecture and system design decisions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and design documentation.
Drive the evolution of microservices and backend-for-frontend patterns.
Champion best practices across Agile, DevOps, and SRE principles.
Support continuous improvement across tooling, processes, and delivery pipelines.
Promote a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous learning.
requirements-expected :
4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong experience with Kotlin or Java and Spring.
Proven background in API development and distributed systems.
Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with containerization and CI/CD tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions).
3+ years of experience contributing to system architecture and technical design.
Understanding of reliability, scalability, and performance considerations in production systems.
Experience working with microservices-based architectures.
Strong product-focused and user-centric mindset.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
