Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js & React & React Native)

We are currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Poznan and help develop the next generation of our product.  

Working across time zones means your meetings may end around 7pm, but the task-based working mode gives you flexibility in scheduling. ⌚ This is a hybrid position requiring working from an office in Poznan 3 times a week.

What you will do:

• Participate in the development of new product features using Node.js,React and React Native.
• Collaborate with the Product and Design teams to create engaging user experiences.
• Build efficient and responsive web and mobile applications using modern technologies.
• Optimize application performance for both web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure the long-term maintainability and quality of the codebase through best practices and testing.
• Contribute to brainstorming and technical discussions, working closely with your team.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in writing modern JavaScript and TypeScript
• Strong experience with Node.js and React
• Solid experience with React Native for mobile application development.
• Experience with front-end and back-end performance optimization.
• Experience in testing framework.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Polish language proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience with native mobile technologies (iOS, Android) is a plus.
• Experience with tool chains such as Expo in building cross-platform applications.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Recruitment process

1. Intro call - (45 min), initial conversation with the recruiter.  

2. Technical call - (1,5h), with live coding and technical discussion. 

3. Manager Call - (30 min), final interview with the Manager.
