Participating in software architecture design
Implementing solutions according to best Design Patterns
Analyze requirements to fully understand solutions and recommend improvements
Create comprehensive and clear documentation for developed solutions
Develop and work on application prototypes to validate concepts and designs
Management of Changes through the Service management lifecycle
Active involvement in Automation and improvement of Service Management lifecycle
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing and resolving issues promptly
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

requirements-expected :

At least 5 years of professional experience in Production Application Support
Experience with the following technologies: C#, Web API, HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular, Git
Experience with database design and SQL skills with SQL Server, including T-SQL
SDLC experience
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent English skills
Experience of supporting a production environment with strong Service management skills and understanding
Hands on experience in Big Data on-prem or cloud environment
