We’re now actively looking for a pragmatic and hands-on Full Stack Engineer who loves shipping fast and working across a modern TypeScript ecosystem. We build in Cursor and optimize our development process for AI-assisted engineering — most of our code is generated with AI, and your role is to guide it, validate it, and deliver production-quality features quickly.

This is a hybrid position in Warsaw (on average up to 1 or 2 days per week on-site) in which you’ll work across our stack (Nest.js, Next.js, React Native, Neon/Postgres, AWS), closely collaborating with PMs, product, and users. Ownership, clarity, and iterative delivery matter most.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience with Nest.js (backend), Next.js (frontend), React Native (mobile), Postgres/Neon, and AWS (or equivalent)
• Java experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, testing strategies, performance, security, observability, and production readiness
• Experience building end-to-end functionality in production systems, ideally with production accountability
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted development (Cursor) and evaluating, refining AI-generated code
• Product mindset with focus on delivering iterative value and solving user problems
• Clear and concise communication with PMs, designers, and stakeholders
• Fluent English and ability to commute to our Warsaw office are a must
