responsibilities :
Develop and maintain the Ruby on Rails codebase for our application
Collaborate with the team on technical architecture and design decisions
Implement new features and functionalities in line with specifications and deadlines
Contribute to continuous improvement of code quality and development processes
Support other developers, share knowledge with the team and proactively contribute ideas for product enhancements
requirements-expected :
At least +5 years of experience as a Ruby on Rails developer, preferably in a senior position
Gained solid knowledge of developing complex web applications and working with databases
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, efficient code
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Able to work independently and show initiative in a fast-paced environment
