We expect you to have experience in designing complete software products for clients, and to be fond of mentoring your colleagues. Your main responsibilities beyond the will to change the world:

• Analyze clients’ requirements and propose solutions
• Code core features
• Cover challenging tasks in projects
• Participate in workshops with clients, support them in identifying risks and finding alternative solutions

Must have:

• 4 years experience in JavaScript specifically
• Solid Node knowledge
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience with Express
• Good knowledge of VCS tools (Git)
• Practical knowledge related to databases (relational, document, search, key-value store)
• API design experience
• Unit/E2E tests (jest preferred)
• Ability to write optimized and low-latency software
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Willingness to help and mentor other developers
• Familiarity with one of the major frontend frameworks (Angular or React)
• State management tools for frontend (Redux, react-query, Mobx, rxjs)
• Solid skills in HTML/CSS (and CSS preprocessors)
• CI/CD tools and platforms

 Experience wed appreciate, too:

• Docker
• DDD
• DevOps (AWS) 
• NoSQL
• Familiarity with NestJS framework
• Elasticsearch
• Experience integrating distributed systems
• Webpack
• Good understanding of UX and user needs

Nice to have:

• Community involvement
• Technical knowledge sharing in a blog or similar
• Speaking at conferences or workshops
