We are currently looking for talented professionals to join a dynamic team working on behalf of our client – a leading international financial institution – to support and enhance a large-scale software platform that underpins the entire corporate credit chain process.

This robust system has been in production since 2019 and is used internally by thousands of employees across 50 countries. It is a critical solution serving corporate clients and large institutions around the globe.

The platform is developed and maintained by several international feature teams (5–10 members each), collaborating across France, India, and Poland. A new technology hub in Poland was launched in 2023 and is already driving a range of innovative projects.

Key highlights of the role:

• Work on impactful initiatives, including programs aligned with the Net-Zero Banking Alliance and ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) principles.
• Contribute to a modular, feature-rich system with regular monthly deployments across multiple production environments worldwide.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment (Scrum), with strong focus on continuous improvement and team empowerment.

It is required to be present in the office in Warsaw or Krakow min. 1 day per week, and the remaining time can be worked remotely within Poland.

• Back-end technologies: Java 8/17, Spring Boot, Swagger, IBM MQ, Feign, vavr, JUnit, Hibernate -> Oracle PL/SQL, Liquibase, Maven 

• Front-end technologies: Angular 15, nx, micro front-end, Jest, NgRx.

• DevOps principles & tools - Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment: Bitbucket, Jenkins, sonar, Kubernetes, ELK

• Good understanding and expertise with either front-end or back-end with basic, i.e. 1Y+ commercial experience with the “weaker side”

• Willingness to work as full stack, with specialization on one side and decent command of the other, we have experts to teach the gaps

• Team player attitude

• Fluency in English
