We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Search Specialist to join a long-term project focused on maintaining and optimizing a robust enterprise search platform powered by Sinequa. The specialist will work on the full platform lifecycle—from data ingestion and indexing to the development of search-driven applications tailored to business needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high search performance and relevance across multiple data domains.

Full Stack Developer (Java/Angular) - Sinequa Platform Expert

Your responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Sinequa enterprise search platform, ensuring optimal availability and performance.
• Design and implement data ingestion pipelines using Sinequa connectors and APIs.
• Develop and maintain custom search applications leveraging Java, Angular, or .NET.
• Optimize search relevancy through relevancy tuning, performance adjustments, and algorithm improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate search requirements into technical implementations.
• Support ongoing search platform lifecycle activities, including upgrades, patching, and integration with new data sources.
• (Optional) Leverage cloud infrastructure (AWS) and NLP/ML techniques to extend search capabilities.

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise search or similar technical roles.
• Proven hands-on experience with Sinequa or comparable enterprise search platforms.
• Strong understanding of search algorithms, information retrieval concepts, and search architecture.
• Proficiency in Java (8+), Angular (v12+), or .NET (Core/Framework) for backend/frontend custom development.
• Experience with Sinequa connectors, APIs, and RESTful services for efficient data ingestion and integration.
• Knowledge of relevancy tuning, query optimization, and search performance best practices.
• Familiarity with Python for scripting and automation tasks.
• (Optional but preferred) Experience with AWS and machine learning/NLP frameworks to enhance search intelligence.
