We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Search Specialist to join a long-term project focused on maintaining and optimizing a robust enterprise search platform powered by Sinequa. The specialist will work on the full platform lifecycle—from data ingestion and indexing to the development of search-driven applications tailored to business needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high search performance and relevance across multiple data domains.

Manage and enhance the Sinequa enterprise search platform, ensuring optimal availability and performance.
Design and implement data ingestion pipelines using Sinequa connectors and APIs.
Develop and maintain custom search applications leveraging Java, Angular, or .NET.
Optimize search relevancy through relevancy tuning, performance adjustments, and algorithm improvements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate search requirements into technical implementations.
Support ongoing search platform lifecycle activities, including upgrades, patching, and integration with new data sources.
(Optional) Leverage cloud infrastructure (AWS) and NLP/ML techniques to extend search capabilities.

Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise search or similar technical roles.
Proven hands-on experience with Sinequa or comparable enterprise search platforms.
Strong understanding of search algorithms, information retrieval concepts, and search architecture.
Proficiency in Java (8+), Angular (v12+), or .NET (Core/Framework) for backend/frontend custom development.
Experience with Sinequa connectors, APIs, and RESTful services for efficient data ingestion and integration.
Knowledge of relevancy tuning, query optimization, and search performance best practices.
Familiarity with Python for scripting and automation tasks.
(Optional but preferred) Experience with AWS and machine learning/NLP frameworks to enhance search intelligence.
