responsibilities :
Working within a small, agile team with a dedicated product owner
Breaking down business requirements into deliverable user stories
Designing solutions aligned with technology standards and constraints
Developing features using Java and Python
Supporting applications in production as part of the team’s responsibility
Identifying and managing areas of technical debt in the codebase
Pairing with other engineers to share knowledge and improve solutions
Testing solutions to ensure stability, scalability, and compliance with guidelines
Delivering code iteratively into production environments
Collaborating with geographically dispersed stakeholders and teams
requirements-expected :
3–5 years of proven software development experience
Strong hands-on experience in Java and Python
Ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions
Familiarity with agile development practices and iterative delivery
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
Effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Experience in production support for business-critical systems
Ability to mentor and collaborate with fellow engineers
Prior exposure to event streaming technology
