Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, ideally Vue.js (React experience also valuable).
Experience with at least one server-side framework or language (Rails, Django, Express, Spring).
Comfortable working with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows, including pull requests, branching, and collaborative development.
Experience using testing frameworks and applying maintainable design patterns.
Fluent in English and Polish (B2+ level).
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
