About the project:

The team is focusing on developing global solutions across different geographical locations for various regulatory reporting needs. Their main aim is to create efficient, user-friendly and scalable solutions that could be used by different teams in the company. We believe that strong and robust data products could mitigate risks and improve capability.

The team is developing a new internal application to reconcile large volumes of accounting data stored in their data lake. The goal is to deliver efficient, user-friendly, and scalable solutions for teams across the company. Robust data products help mitigate risk and strengthen Client’s capabilities.

You will be mainly responsible for web application that allows product owners to handle file uploading, data presentation and validation

The team uses SCRUM/Agile methodologies, focusing on continuous delivery and rapid feedback loops to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Quality is ensured through unit testing, automation, and peer code reviews.

Salary:
2 - 4 years of experience: 900 - 1100 PLN/md +VAT 
4 - 6 years of experience: 1100 - 1400 PLN/md +VAT

MUST HAVE:

• Technical Skills: Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, NodeJs
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end technologies
• Minimum 1 year experience with backend technologies
• English proficiency (B2+)
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Determination and self-discipline to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills for collaboration and documentation
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies. 

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with Scala/Spark
• Experience with BI Tools (PowerBI, Qlick)
• Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes (e.g., Airflow, Control-M)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks, Cloudera)
• Understanding of accounting/finance concepts or experience with financial data
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD and GitHub Actions
• Basic understanding of Spanish
• Experience working with Scrum
