You’ll join the Operations Support team, focusing on the development of DTH products. The system is already live and actively evolving, with long-term business support planned.
This is a role for a developer who not only codes but also actively collaborates with other teams, contributes to technical decision-making, and supports the growth of the development team.
Location: 100% remote (with occasional team integration meetings at the office)
Start date: ASAP
Type of cooperation: Long-term, after 3-month trial period
Working hours: Mon–Thu 8.5h, Fri 6h (every second Wednesday optional night deployments, 22:00)
responsibilities :
Designing and implementing new features in Java applications.
Gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Providing technical consultations and support to other departments.
Conducting code reviews and mentoring teammates.
Creating and maintaining documentation in Confluence.
requirements-expected :
4+ years of experience with Java (8, 11, 17).
Strong knowledge of Oracle DB (SQL + PL/SQL).
Experience with Spring (1.5+), MyBatis 3.
Knowledge of React and AngularJS (or willingness to learn Angular).
Familiarity with Kafka, Maven, Git/Bitbucket, Docker.
Strong communication skills with both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
Good understanding of building high-availability applications.
Fluent Polish (team communication in Polish).
