Competition for the position of Professor in the research-and-teaching staff group at the Faculty of Biology, Nature Protection, and Sustainable Development, University of Rzeszów

• Holds the title of Professor
• Research interests and scientific achievements in the discipline of biological sciences
• Active involvement in scientific work, confirmed by participation in national and international scientific conferences as well as authorship or co-authorship of scientific publications
• Documented scientific achievements in the field of plant physiology, confirmed by publications in reputable scientific journals
• Experience in managing national or international research projects
• Ability to lead a research team
• Documented experience in holding managerial positions
• Experience in teaching at the university level
• Current scientific output indexed in Scopus or Web of Science databases
• Proficient command of at least one foreign language (English preferred)
• Excellent command of the Polish language, both spoken and written
