For our client, we are looking for aFulfillment Executive Analyst who will ensure seamless supply chain operations by coordinating order tracking and maintaining data integrity. What we expect

• fluent English (C1 level): ability to communicate freely, both verbally and in writing, within an international environment

• proficiency in MS Excel: strong skills in using advanced spreadsheet features, such as pivot tables, logical functions, and data analysis

• minimum one year of experience in logistics: practical experience in managing supply chains, warehouse processes, or transport operations

• knowledge of supply chain management (preferred): understanding of the processes and mechanisms that drive logistical efficiency in a global context

• proactive attitude: initiative in problem-solving, a drive for continuous improvement, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Your tasks

• process coordination and order tracking: responsibility for ensuring a smooth flow of information and goods between all parties involved in the supply process, including customers, warehouses, and carriers
• ensuring product movements are reflected in SAP and E2SC systems: close monitoring and data entry in systems in accordance with financial flows, customer requirements, and the specifics of individual markets
• updating loading schedules and shipping plans: ongoing verification and adjustment of logistical plans to maximize efficiency and delivery timeliness
• monitoring urgent shipments and ad-hoc requests: responding to non-standard inquiries and emergency situations to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize potential delays
