Fulfilement Executive Analyst

For our client, we are looking for a Fulfillment Executive Analyst who will ensure seamless supply chain operations by coordinating order tracking and maintaining data integrity. • process coordination and order tracking: responsibility for ensuring a smooth flow of information and goods between all parties involved in the supply process, including customers, warehouses, and carriers
• ensuring product movements are reflected in SAP and E2SC systems: close monitoring and data entry in systems in accordance with financial flows, customer requirements, and the specifics of individual markets
• updating loading schedules and shipping plans: ongoing verification and adjustment of logistical plans to maximize efficiency and delivery timeliness
• monitoring urgent shipments and ad-hoc requests: responding to non-standard inquiries and emergency situations to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize potential delays
