The opportunity

We are looking for Senior Consultants to join our team due to expected growth. Do you want to engage your mind? Then join EY to gain experiences that will last a lifetime.

Your key responsibilities

• Define and create business requirements
• Assess, structure, model and visualize business processes
• Identify problems, opportunities and solutions for the business
• Understand the underlying IT
• Prioritize functional and technical requirements
• Manage tests and ensure high quality of developed products
• Understand and ensure proper product implementation and delivery
• Budget, plan and monitor projects / measures
• Report to relevant stakeholders

Skills and attributes for success

• Deep credit business knowledge incl. regulatory requirements
• Basic knowledge of data architecture and data analytics
• Agile and traditional project management / product implementation
• Proficient use of facilitation tools and methods (e.g. Miro/Mural, MS office suite, etc.)

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Deep knowledge of process analysis and modelling
• Understand data and IT strategy
• Understand and know how to leverage important tech enabler (e.g. AI, blockchain, etc.)
• Know and understand important digital enabler for digital transformation (e.g. RPA, BPA, cloud, microservices, etc.)
• German - B2 or C1 certified

• Prior experience with a consulting firm, regulator, or financial institution preferred or a demonstrated ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, client-serving consulting environment.
