FSRM Credit Management - Senior Consultant

The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

1. Define and create business requirements
2. Assess, structure, model and visualize business processes
3. Identify problems, opportunities and solutions for the business
4. Understand the underlying IT
5. Prioritize functional and technical requirements
6. Manage tests and ensure high quality of developed products
7. Understand and ensure proper product implementation and delivery
8. Budget, plan and monitor projects / measures
9. Report to relevant stakeholders

Skills and attributes for success

1. Deep credit business knowledge including regulatory requirements
2. Basic knowledge of data architecture and data analytics
3. Agile and traditional project management / product implementation
4. Proficient use of facilitation tools and methods (e.g. Miro/Mural, MS Office suite, etc.)

Ideally, you’ll also have

1. Deep knowledge of process analysis and modelling
2. Understand data and IT strategy
3. Know how to leverage important tech enablers (e.g. AI, blockchain, etc.)
4. Understand important digital enablers for digital transformation (e.g. RPA, BPA, cloud, microservices, etc.)
5. German - B2 or C1 certified

What we look for

1. Innovative, creative and passionate individuals who demonstrate effective leadership, project management and teamwork skills.
2. Relevant experience leading teams and managing people in the development and delivery of client engagements.
3. Prior experience with a consulting firm, regulator, or financial institution preferred.
