responsibilities :
Manage and resolve complex technical issues escalated from 1st and 2nd level support teams;
Provide customer support through the JIRA ticket system;
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues, including complex technical questions;
Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide high-level technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and solutions;
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Product Management departments to resolve issues and improve products;
Create and maintain documentation regarding support processes, solutions and best practice solutions;
Take the lead in investigating major incidents and coordinate with stakeholders for effective resolution.

Min 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field;
Experience with HTML and CSS;
