Join a global banking client’s team and help shape the company’s visual language across hundreds of applications. In this role, you’ll be part of a central, cross-location team developing and maintaining an enterprise-level UI components library used firmwide. You’ll work on innovative projects built with React and TypeScript, focusing on modern technologies and clean architecture — with no legacy code. This hybrid position requires 3 days per week in the Warsaw office.
responsibilities :
Design, build, and enhance reusable UI components in React
Deliver new features, resolve issues, and release new package versions
Collaborate with UX designers, architects, and other teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Perform code reviews and ensure code quality through testing
Support internal teams in integrating UI libraries into their products
Continuously research and adopt new front-end technologies to improve performance and accessibility
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience in modern front-end development (React, TypeScript)
Strong understanding of web technologies, browser APIs, and component-based architecture
Experience with testing (unit tests with Jasmine/RTL, E2E tests with Cypress)
Familiarity with CSS-in-JS, PWAs, SSR frameworks (Next.js/Gatsby), and accessibility (WCAG)
Excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration within an international team
Residing in Poland required
