Are you a passionate Frontend Developer eager to work on cutting-edge trading systems in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We are seeking a skilled professional to join a globally distributed team developing advanced solutions for systematic trading. This role is based in Warsaw, offering a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two remote.

About the Opportunity

As part of the Systematic Trading Strategies Engineering team , you will contribute to the development of a low-latency trading system that handles significant daily transaction volumes and is vital to business performance. The system supports complex indices across derivatives, including FX, Commodities, Rates, and Single Stock.

You will play a dedicated UI Developer role , collaborating with a team of experienced full-stack developers in delivering robust and user-friendly interfaces for trading solutions. The team values innovation, technical excellence, and an engaging work environment, reflected in its remarkable stability, with no departures in the past 4–5 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance front-office UI screens for options trading.
• Develop functionalities for calculating and displaying Greeks, risk metrics, and visualizing data over time.
• Implement modern CSS techniques and tools, such as CSS-in-JS or SCSS, to create visually compelling and responsive UIs.
• Contribute to low-latency pricing and event sourcing systems with seamless integration to the frontend.
• Collaborate on improving workflows, leveraging CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and package managers (npm).

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial frontend development experience .
• Solid knowledge of modern CSS techniques (CSS-in-JS, SCSS).
• Understanding of sound programming principles, including design patterns and unit testing (e.g., Jest).
• Familiarity with modern frontend workflows , package managers, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with the AG Grid library .
• Knowledge of UX principles and the ability to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with Cypress for end-to-end testing.
