Location: Katowice + Hybrid (fully remote is not possible)



As a Frontend Developer , you will work on UI components that deal with new brand creation, analytics, SEO, and some compliance-related features. This role involves a high level of collaboration with the rest of the cross-functional team, including brainstorming, defining technical structure, and implementing the product and its technical solutions.



Requirements

• Be a role model towards other developers in the team.
• Keep yourself up-to-date with the latest and greatest in the JS ecosystem.
• Encourage new ideas.
• Be a good communicator; this requires you to work on your listening skills and ability to understand others.
• Be well organized; be more autonomous in your work, as youll be asked to help others, review, or attend meetings; you also have to monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
• Support the team to boost their skills and create a stimulating work environment.
• Be an engine to improve the product and boost team productivity.

About You

• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (preferably 5+ years).
• Previous experience with large scale React/SPA applications and good experience in React and its ecosystem such as Redux, React-router.
• Good experience with CSS, Sass, and libraries like styled-components.
• Strong fundamentals of web development and good debugging skills.
• Good experience working with component-based architecture.
• Familiarity with GIT.
• Experience with web performance and tools like Lighthouse.
• Understanding of frontend tooling - for example, Webpack.
• Good knowledge of W3 standards and Web APIs.
• Take end-to-end ownership of the products, from design to release.
• Good understanding of UI/UX - we love super-cool animations.
• Having full-stack experience is a plus, especially full stack within Java. Domain knowledge in iGaming is a plus but not mandatory.
