Job description

Role: Frontend Developer

Duration: Initial 6 months rolling contract (B2B)

Location: Krakow, Poland (1 day per week onsite) but remote is fine

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain applications utilizing ReactJS
• Have hands-on experience who can code, architect/design systems and understand building highly available and scalable UI components.
• Build UI with an engineering mindset having functional objectives as well as cater to the non-functional requirements with consistent performance.
• Collaborate with global technology teams, business stakeholders, and present wireframes prior to UI development
• Proactively remove impediments, see risks, and communicate issues to Program Management
• Identify process inefficiencies and find innovative and pragmatic ways to eliminate them.
• Mentor other ReactJS developers on coding best practices and resilience.

Essential skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in implementing UI
• Excellent problem-solving skills and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS 16.x
• Strong knowledge of React Hooks, React Redux, middleware, etc.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, ECMAScript.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3 for responsive front ends
• Good experience in unit testing using Jest and Enzyme.
• Ability to build generic UI components.
• Experience with microservices and micro front ends.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
