Our Notifications Platform team is seeking a talented Front-End Software Engineer to take ownership of critical frontend components that enable seamless communication across the Allegro Group. We manage the platforms responsible for SMS, push, and email notifications, and our frontend editors are key to scaling the use of these tools beyond just developers. Crucially, every notification sent to our clients goes through the systems managed by this team, highlighting the platforms vital importance.
responsibilities :
Currently, our team needs dedicated expertise to maintain and significantly enhance our notification editor solutions, including the successful "Dragon" editor. The Dragon editor has an ambitious development roadmap, including the integration of AI capabilities to further enhance user experience and efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to migrating more clients onto this improved platform, reducing reliance on developer resources and boosting productivity across the company.
requirements-expected :
Have a very good knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, React and Node.js / NPM ecosystem
Are proficient in responsive web design (HTML, CSS)
Know and have worked in production environments with TypeScript
Have experience with unit testing (we use Jest) and E2E testing (Cypress)
Open to learning and collaborating closely on mobile apps and backend technologies (including Generative AI)
Think outside the box and have a broad perspective on their work
Want to be proud of the code they write. Are open to feedback and are willing to share their knowledge during code reviews
Can search for efficient solutions to meet users’ requirements
Are eager to continuously develop their skills and update their knowledge
Know English at B2 level or higher
