We’re looking for an experienced Front-End Framework Architect to join a high-impact international project delivered for a major European public-sector organization.
The project involves long-term IT outsourcing in a managed service and agile development model, supporting large-scale digital platforms used across multiple European countries. These systems operate in a complex, regulated environment and require continuous development, modernization, and strict UI consistency across applications.
You will be responsible for providing technical direction for a corporate front-end framework based on Angular. The role focuses on development and governance of the framework core library, including reusable UI components, dynamic form generators, usability guidelines, accessibility, and performance standards.
responsibilities :
Provide technical leadership for the corporate eUI Angular-based framework
Design, extend and maintain reusable UI components within the core library
Develop and evolve dynamic form generators used across multiple applications
Define and enforce UI governance and component library standards
Ensure accessibility, performance and visual consistency across all client applications
Collaborate closely with UX, design-system and business analysis teams
Support application teams in adopting and correctly implementing the framework
Drive continuous improvement of the framework architecture and developer experience
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and architectural constraints
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of documented hands-on experience working with the eUI framework, Angular-based, in an enterprise or EU institutional environment
Proven experience in:
development and maintenance of reusable UI component libraries
building and maintaining dynamic form generators
defining and enforcing usability and UI governance guidelines
ensuring accessibility and performance standards at framework level
cross-team collaboration with UX, design-system and business analysis
Strong knowledge of Angular architecture and best practices
Fluent English, minimum B2, spoken and written
Experience working in international and regulated environments
