As a Frontend Engineering Team Lead, you will take ownership of the technical and personal development of a team of frontend developers. Your work will directly impact the functionality and user experience of the platform’s product catalog and customer-facing features. You’ll closely collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Guide and support a team of frontend engineers, encouraging best practices and continuous learning.
Drive frontend architecture decisions, code quality, and maintainability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product requirements into effective technical solutions.
Technology Environment
Extensive use of React.js , including Hooks and Context API.
Strong experience with TypeScript , modern JavaScript (ES6+) , HTML5 , and CSS3(with preprocessors like SASS or LESS).
Testing frameworks such as Jest , React Testing Library , and Enzyme .
Cloud services primarily based on AWS , including message queues and NoSQL databases.
Minimum 5 years of frontend development experience with React.
Solid knowledge of frontend architecture, state management, and performance tuning.
Experience with API-driven development and modern testing practices.
Strong communicator able to explain technical concepts clearly.
Bonus: hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
