FRONTEND DEVELOPER

Work Model: Hybrid working model (Two days from the office in Krakow)

Purpose of this Role

This role involves working as part of a global agile development team to support the development of a core platform called SDEP. The position focuses on creating new features using Angular and NodeJS, ensuring that all deliverables are scalable and backed by comprehensive unit tests.

Principal Accountabilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand stakeholder requirements.
• Build and manage applications within the SDEP platform.
• Onboard new data sources into the application and define APIs for data integration.
• Connect the UI application with data sources using NodeJS APIs.
• Work alongside Data Scientists to productionize analytics.
• Ensure development aligns with continuous integration and test-driven development principles while adhering to established code quality standards.
• Collaborate with Architects to validate designs and maintain adherence to agreed-upon approaches.
• Perform unit testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Skills/Characteristics

• Strong understanding of front-end development best practices.
• Experience with Angular.
• Experience with NodeJS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.

Good to Have

• Experience with the ELK stack.
• Knowledge of Ag-grid.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts.

Additional Experience & Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate within a global team.
• Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
