The company helps to create a culture of support in education and focuses on SaaS, Video, Education, and Robotics. Swivl produces a range of products and services for video recording, remote learning, professional development, they also actively support peer technology, voice based learning and coaching with Synth. 

In the last 10 years company grew exponentially and now has offices in 3 countries — in Manlo Park CA (US), Warsaw (Poland) and Kyiv (Ukraine). There are around 80 employees in Europe (project and product managers, QAs, designers, developers, devops, product experts, etc.) and about 120 employees overall. 

We are looking for a Front End Developer with experience in React to join our growing team. Our flagship product is the Swivl Robot, a device that enables teachers and educators to capture video and audio recordings of their lessons, presentations, and other educational content. Reflectivity + Robot are secure and easy solutions for teachers to record or live stream videos for coaching, self-reflection, hybrid learning.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Front End Engineer
• More than 2 years experience with React.js
• Create and implement unit and end-to-end tests
• Knowledge and understanding of OOP
• Understanding the principles of client-server interaction

Nice to have:

• Experience with WebRTC apps
• Jest & React Testing Library
• Formik

Your responsibilities:

• Contributing to product life cycle development depending on your skills and experience
• Taking part in technical discussions to find a right architecture/design solution
• Closely collaborating with Backend, Mobile, Design, QA and Product team
• Analysing the requirements and independently developing technical solutions
• Be able to predict the development of events, and to predict possible problems, to develop specific ways to solve them
• Be a proactive team member, take participation in grooming meetings, code review, writing tests
