• We are looking for candidates who are proficient in either Python and/or JavaScript, and it is essential to have proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) to solve coding problems. Fluent English is a must, along with excellent writing and grammar skills. Being detail-oriented and having a bachelors degree (completed or in progress) are also important for this role.

• In this position, I will expect you to come up with diverse problems and solutions for our coding chatbot, write high-quality answers and code snippets, and evaluate the code quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

As part of the application process, you will be required to complete an assessment. If you pass, you will gain access to projects, and based on the quality of your work, you will continue to receive projects regularly. We find that our most successful candidates work between 5-20 hours per week, with a maximum of up to 40 hours.

This is a full-time or part-time remote position, allowing you to choose projects and work on your own schedule. Projects are compensated hourly, with bonuses awarded for high-quality and high-volume work.
