Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, candidates, clients, and guests.
• Coordinate site events, executive visits, and vendor screenings.
• Support real estate and workplace experience (WX) initiatives.
• Manage office supplies, deliveries, and inventory.
• Assist with facility support, parking management, and event coordination.
• Troubleshoot and use office technologies (badging, Envoy, Zoom, Coda, Ticketing system).
• Maintain cleanliness and continuously improve the office environment.
• Oversee guest check-in/check-out and monitor office spaces for maintenance needs.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to last-minute changes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Commitment to maintaining a positive and efficient workplace.
