French-speaking Telephone and Email Customer Service
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer support via email and answering phone calls;
- Handling complaints;
- Providing product-related information.
What do we require?
- French language skills at B2 level or higher - we know from thr experience that many candidates underestimate their own skills, let us verify them!
- Openness and readiness to work;
- High level of personal culture;
- Positive attitude and willingness to maintain the great atmosphere in our office;
- Availability from Monday to Friday between 12:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m. and on weekends from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
