Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer support via email and answering phone calls;

• Handling complaints;

• Providing product-related information.

What do we require?

• French language skills at B2 level or higher - we know from thr experience that many candidates underestimate their own skills, let us verify them!
• Openness and readiness to work;
• High level of personal culture;
• Positive attitude and willingness to maintain the great atmosphere in our office;
• Availability from Monday to Friday between 12:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m. and on weekends from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
