French-speaking LIVE Stream Customer Expert
Place: Poznań (onsite)
Schedule: 24/7 shifts – afternoon/evening shifts from 1:00 PM, night shifts 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3 – 4 night shifts a month)

Training duration: 2 weeks (Monday-Friday, conducted in English)

? Recruitment process
- Initial phone interview – we want to get to know you better!
- English and French verification – spoken and written
- Online interview with a recruitment representative and Team Manager – during the meeting, we’ll ask you some questions, conduct an online speed typing test, skills test and tell you more about how the project works daily.
- You will receive a call within a few days after the interview – we contact candidates regardless of the final decision.

- Fluent knowledge of French (min. C1) and very good knowledge of English (min. B2).
- Willingness to provide shift assignments on a 24/7 basis.
- Availability for a minimum 140 hours a month and 2 weekends per month.
- Ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility.
- Good organization of own tasks and attention to detail.
- Willingness to cooperate fully from the office in the city centre of Poznań.
